Chimento Agency delivered an engaging and informative website and logo for Zwayer Woods, a new luxury home development community by Meadows Custom Homes in Lithopolis, Ohio. The cohesive color palette of earth tones, key information about the property and rich imagery come together to provide a streamlined overview for prospective buyers.
The locally owned and operated Chimento Agency turned this Ohio-based home builder’s vision into a reality by showcasing the desirable Zwayer Woods community.
The new design features an at-a-glance view of lot availability, an embedded map, an extensive list of amenities and a contact form built to drive conversions. Optimized for scannability, visitors can easily browse the page or navigate using the interactive menu. Site visitors spend an average of 3 minutes engaging with the homepage, over 300% above ordinary metrics.
Custom-built with WordPress, the Zwayer Woods website is closing deals. Since the website launched in July 2021, the community has surpassed $3 million in property sales.
