Westerville political campaign branding requires more than a logo and a yard sign. When Coutanya Coombs set her sights on another term on Westerville City Council, she needed a consistent visual identity, a reliable digital home base, and materials that could reach voters across every channel. Chimento Agency handled the full scope: from the logo that anchored the brand to a podcast episode that put Coutanya's voice directly in front of her community.

The result was a cohesive, well-executed campaign presence that worked in print, online, and in person.

The Re-Elect Coombs campaign is a fully branded, multi-channel presence built to connect an incumbent Westerville City Councilmember with her community across print, digital, and video.

Chimento Agency partnered with the Re-Elect Coombs campaign from June 30 through November 3, 2025, handling the full creative and digital workload for an incumbent Westerville City Councilmember seeking to retain her seat in a competitive nine-candidate field for four available seats. From brand identity to video production, every deliverable was built to keep the campaign consistent, credible, and visible across every channel voters use.

The campaign website attracted over 2,200 new visitors between July and November 2025, with donation processing handled through ActBlue and volunteer and event coordination managed through Mobilize. More than two dozen individual collateral pieces were produced across print and digital formats, printed locally through an Allied Printing Trades Council union shop in Columbus.

For video, Chimento Agency partnered with Executive Creators for filming and handled all post-production editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, delivering a polished podcast episode distributed across the campaign's social media accounts. The result was a complete, well-executed campaign presence built to earn trust and drive action at every voter touchpoint.

Brand Identity

Every campaign starts with a look that earns trust. Chimento Agency developed a custom logo and full suite of branded assets for the Re-Elect Coombs campaign, built to work across merchandise, promotional materials, and digital formats. The identity was designed to feel approachable, local, and credible; giving the campaign a consistent visual foundation from day one.

The agency also designed and built a custom campaign website to serve as the central hub for voter outreach. The site included:

  • A live events calendar to keep supporters informed on upcoming appearances and town halls
  • Donation integration through ActBlue, making it simple for supporters to contribute
  • A volunteer registration form to streamline sign-ups and grow the ground team

The platform gave the campaign a site they could rely on, with the tools voters needed to get involved quickly and easily.

Print and Digital Collateral

Reaching voters means showing up everywhere they are. Chimento Agency produced a full suite of campaign materials, including:

  • Shirts and stickers for supporters and volunteers
  • Postcards and flyers for direct mail and handouts
  • Posters and yard signs for neighborhood visibility
  • Display ads for targeted digital placement
  • Social media graphics for consistent online presence
  • Business cards for Coutanya and the campaign team

Every piece stayed on-brand and served a single purpose: keeping Coutanya's name and message in front of Westerville voters at every touchpoint.

Podcast + Video Production

To give voters a more personal connection with the candidate, Chimento Agency recorded, filmed, and edited a podcast episode for campaign promotion. The episode was produced for distribution across the campaign's social media accounts, giving supporters a chance to hear directly from Coutanya in a format designed to travel well beyond a traditional campaign ad.
