Chimento Agency worked with sales entrepreneur and mortgage lending expert Todd Duncan to update his website and redesign program offerings to attract a new audience in the modern age. All the trusted and highly sought-after programs were updated with new promotional materials and tools to bring a fresh new audience to Todd Duncan's proven mortgage-selling techniques.

Todd Duncan made a name for himself as a master of mortgage lending sales techniques and teachings based on relationships and trust. The offerings were tested and proven, but his outdated site and promotional materials lacked the modern appeal to keep up with competitors.
Chimento Agency sought to design a new look and optimize website performance to rank in search engines and perform better across all devices. Todd's other programs like the High Trust Sales Academy, Conversion Xcelerator, and Trust Sales Nation were all completely designed (or redesigned) with additional collateral to achieve an omnichannel marketing approach.

Website Development & Design
After taking over management of the WordPress site in January of 2022, Chimento Agency immediately began cleaning up the backend to optimize site performance. Over 19 unnecessary plugins were removed to increase security, optimize load times, and eliminate lost contact form submissions.
All page templates were redesigned for better responsiveness on mobile devices, and blog posts that had been untouched for 4-5 years were given a brand new redesign for better readability and search engine optimization.

Todd Duncan's Sales Mastery 30th Anniversary
For Todd Duncan's inaugural 30th anniversary of his event, Sales Mastery, Chimento Agency created a unique logo that was used across hundreds of new marketing materials. A brand new webpage was developed to include dynamic speaker bios, FAQs, scheduling tools, and sign-up forms to make it easier for participants to access the information they needed.
Appealing signage, banners, and stickers were specially developed for the event, along with a dynamic PowerPoint presentation for Todd's keynotes. Attendees and interested parties could easily access partner-specific information based on URL parameters and sign-up links.

Mortgage Calculator Build
Visitors to Todd Duncan's site trusted his mortgage lending expertise of over 30 years and needed a way to gather specific information without needing to rely on Todd or his team to be personally available.
Chimento embedded an interactive Wealth-Building Calculator on his website, which included multiple versions to cater to various roles and localized industries. In its first three months of operation, the calculator helped over 10,000 users obtain crucial mortgage data.

Various Program Design Refreshes
Todd Duncan's offerings focused on three primary programs: High Trust Sales Academy, Conversion Xcelerator, and Trust Sales Nation. Chimento Agency was tasked with completing a brand new redesign of all three programs, including additional collateral used to promote the programs to a wider audience.
The High Trust Sales Academy was given a refreshed, modern look with updated brand colors, design elements, and a focus on brand identity. An additional 400+ page print and digital booklet was developed in Adobe InDesign along with a new webpage that included testimonials, scheduling tools, and sign-up forms.
The Conversion Xcelerator program and Trust Sales Nation both underwent a complete program brand design, including new logos, webpages, and other marketing materials such as postcards, print flyers, and social media posts.
