Description
VEDC-operated offices in Reseda, CA and Pacoima, CA with separate locations and staff utilizing single Los Angeles City-funded program to reach small business owners in the San Fernando Valley. A dedicated website and VEDC-specific branding was needed to help distinguish the program from other area offices and provide a single landing page for social media pages, print marketing materials, and online appointment-booking purposes.

- Established simple set of branding materials based off existing city-owned logo and structure
- Created website with singular purpose that applies to two offices
- Implemented calendar tool for workshop registrations that syncs to vedc.org website calendar
- Trained staff in proper use and updating of calendar, booking tools, and other features
